CANCELLATION

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders received for in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days.

All made-to-order items take up to 3 weeks to process.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking information.

Residents of Connecticut will pay state tax on their purchases 6.35%.

 Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery time is an estimate that is not a guarantee.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company.

 
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of arrival.

The item(s) must be in original condition in original packaging. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

We hold the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.
